What this service is
A Mishu website account is for identity and download notifications only. It does not include a phone number and it does not include a paid service. The desktop software core is open source under the MIT license on GitHub. The license that applies is the LICENSE file in that repository.
Acceptable use
You must follow the public Acceptable Use Policy. In short:
- Do not use Mishu for harassment or mass-call solicitation.
- Do not hide that the caller is AI.
- For outbound calls and recordings, obtain any consent the law requires, including TCPA where it applies.
- Do not impersonate or spoof phone numbers.
Not an emergency service
Mishu is not an emergency service. You cannot use it to dial 911 or other emergency numbers. Use your mobile carrier's phone number for emergencies.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the Twilio and model accounts you bring, including their compliance rules and their bills. You are responsible for call content and for telling third parties what the law requires you to tell them.
No warranty
The website and software are provided as they are, without a warranty. We do not promise they will run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, YOMOO LLC is not liable for lost calls, lost data, or other damages that come from using Mishu.
Accounts
You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may end an account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
