Ask five stores the same thing.
Mishu calls each store once and brings back stock, price, and who to ask for.
Open source · runs on your own computer · your own number
Mishu is a phone assistant that runs on your own computer. Tell it what to find out and it calls, asks, and brings back the answer. It picks up when someone calls you. And any AI you already use can drive it.
macOS first; Windows and Linux next. The engine also runs headless on a server.
“The kitchen tap is leaking. Find five plumbers near me, ask who can come Thursday morning and what the call-out costs.”

Writing the plan…Waiting for your approvalOpen source · agent-driven
The core is MIT-licensed and on GitHub. Mishu speaks MCP, so Claude, Codex, or an agent you wrote can place and answer calls through it — and never sees your Twilio keys.
Ask the clinic whether Thursday at nine is open.
How it works
Every task follows the same visible path: you see every number and every question before anything rings, each number is called once, and the answer comes back the way you asked.

The sentence from the top of the page, turned into a plan — and nothing rings until you approve itDesktop app · example task
What you want to know, and how you want it back.
Every number and every question, before anything rings.
No call goes out until you say yes.
Each number once. No answer gets a message, not a retry.
Answers come back to you; so do the decisions.
Examples
Six examples, not a menu. Anything that ends in “call and find out” or “call and settle it” can be a task.
01 / OutboundDone
Mishu calls each store once and brings back stock, price, and who to ask for.
02 / OutboundWaiting on you
If the office only offers days you never approved, Mishu pauses and asks you.
03 / OutboundDone
It records the answer — or leaves a message and tells you so.
04 / OutboundDone
It calls in order and records confirmed, reschedule, or no answer.
05 / InboundHandled
Spam gets cut off. Ordinary callers leave a message. People on your list get put through.
06 / InboundHandled
Your schedule blocks interruptions. Family and urgent callers can still transfer.
It answers, too
It says it is an AI, takes a message, answers from what it knows, and holds appointments as pending until you confirm. People on your list get put through; spam does not.

Hi — I’m Mishu, an AI assistant answering for Chen. How can I help?
Is he around? It’s about the Thursday delivery.
He’s in a meeting until four. I can take the delivery window and pass it on — what time works?
Between nine and eleven.
Noted, nine to eleven Thursday. He’ll confirm it himself.

Coming next
“Ring me at one every afternoon and tell me what came in.” Mishu turns that into a scheduled task, you approve it once, and then it calls — a real conversation you can talk back to, not a recording.

Not in a Mishu cloud. This site does two things: creates your account and gives you the app.

The account exists so we can email you and let you sign in. Calls, transcripts and keys never reach it.
No. Plans require approval. The one exception is small question-only tasks, and only if you switch that on; you are notified and can stop them.
Mishu leaves a message, records the outcome, and does not keep retrying.
No. MCP lets it drive Mishu without ever receiving your credentials.
Yes. The engine is MIT-licensed at github.com/YOMOO-LLC/mishu, as a developer preview.
